None of that changed operation because none of that has anything to do with the problem. Rule of thumb when fixing a car. FIND OUT THE PROBLEM BEFORE BUYING A TON OF PARTS. Id suggest a service manual or at the bare minimum, Haynes

Try these

1) Unplug the CTS in the cyl head (the two wire one) and fire it up again. If its still super rich, thats not the issue

2) Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, possible the regulator went out
