So once again it happened today, and well it has happened before and I thought I fixed it. So pretty much on Semi-wot the throttle gets stuck. First time it happened I thought it was because of the air cleaner, So I checked it and it seemed fine but I still went and gave it one of the lumps the air cleaner base has just to be safe. Today though it got stuck again when doing some pulls and I got it back under control by pressing the pedal a few times.

What can it be? This has started happening right after the Edelbrock air cleaner but as far as I can see I see no scratches or anything on the base. I searched around and have gotten some possible solutions and are gonna try them in a few after I finish eating.

 

Could be the throttle blades sticking on the bore. It may even be as simple as the throttle cable.
