LO3 Dies when A/C or heater is turned on.

LO3 Dies when A/C or heater is turned on.
Anyone have any clues why my 305 dies every morning when I turn the heater or a/c on? It also does it if it's not been drivin in a couple hours. Mainly seems to happen if the engine is cold. When I first start the car the idle surges and tries to die, sometimes it does, sometimes it just idles back up and runs ok.

I haven't checked fuel pressure yet, nor have I checked the battery. I'll see what I can figure out.
