5.3 swap? has anyone done it?
i am crazy or is this an ok idea? they are cheap motors, make great power-like 300 stock? im just looking for a motor to put in my hugger orange camaro, its my daily driver and it needs to get ok gas mileage thats why i want fuel injection. are there any people that can tune on because im looking at rebuilding a 5.3 and puttin a cam and headers on/in it. i want it to sound pretty mean.

It would be a good swap if you could find a motor cheap enough. Pocket can do the wiring harness.
On a side note you wouldn't happen to have any doors for sale, would you? I might be down in that area again in a month or so lol

I'm currently rockin a 5.3 turbo swap. Actually had my 5.3 bored out to ls1 specs. Now she's an iron 5.7! You know what thats about!!
