New to 3rd gen..have a couple questions.
Hi I recently picked up a 1990 Camaro RS (305) for a pretty good price and thought that it would make a good project car. It had a small overheating problem in the beginning which turned out to be a nice size pocket of air in the coolant system. But now the car is having a new problem. Every so often the car will start to jerk alittle while i press on the gas and say i'm slowing down to stop it can die. It always dies while my foot is off the gas and will start right back up when i throw it in neutral and turn the key. If the car has been sitting for more then a few hours tho it seems like it doesn't want to start and takes a few mins in order to get it to. What do you guys think the problem could be. Sorry if this is the wrong place. Thanks again.

Check your fuel pressure. I say check the fuel system first.

I agree. check for good fuel pressure. should be about 11 psi, although factory specs are 9-13 psi.
Could be a possibly tps problem, but deffinately check the fuel first.

Well an update i tried changing out the Fuel pump relay. Its still doing it. I am pretty sure its dying out because its running rich as hell. Tmw when its light out i am going to check out the 02 sensors and check for vacuum and exhaust leaks.
