Intake Manifold Issues

Repacing intake manifold gaskets on 305 TBI in my 92 Camaro RS. First, there's 3 allen wrench head bolts around where the throttle body unit sits (already got TB unit off). do they need to be taken out in order to pull off the intake manifold? i just didnt have the right size allens with me to get them out but it didnt seem like the manifold was budging much even with everything stripped off (distributor, booster coil, etc.) and bolts taken out.

Also, i snapped a couple vacuum lines i believe going to the EGR (passenger side has a 2-in-1 fitting. 1 goes to front of throttle body and other goes ???. I need replacement hoses and fittings for these. Also the brake booster line going into side of throttle body or intake mani (dont remember will look tomorow) on the driver side from booster with filter in-line. wondering where i can get them (and the name of the line/hose/fitting so if its an auto parts store, i dont have to ramble on with some dumbass that works there about what im looking for). anyways, I'd appreciate a reply ASAP as i am doing this today and tomorrow before i start back to work.

Car is not with me, its at dads garage so it may take a moment for me to get back with any replys to questions for me. Thanks and appreciate a quick response.

Re: Intake Manifold Issues

you just need to remove the eight bolts going through the intake to the head should be 9/16 or 15mm head. you might need a pry bar to help separate the intake off the engine.
