So while disassembling my tbi to clean it and do the ultimate mods etc I broke the screws holding the throttle blades in. I did grind the backs off them but they still broke anyways. None the less I removed them without having to drill the holes out larger, so this leads me to my question, what size are these things? Should I find them the stock size or drill and tap it for something else. Keeping in mind I would also have to buy the tap if I go that route.

 

take the throttle shaft with you to the hardware store and find screws that fit.

 

The store near me doesnt have anything that small was trying to avoid driving all over the earth to find some. Will probably just retap it i guess

 

IRC the four screws are M2.5 X 0.45 X 8 mm
