Alright so I am in the process of doing a carb to tbi swap. I have gathered most of my components but I am stuck on one thing. I have the 454 TBI body, but I am a little confused on the FPR. I was told that 94-94 BBC trucks have 30psi FPR's. Are these the ONLY application where this is true? I found alot of choices at the junkyard but I just don't which to use. I have a FPR from a 1995 G20 van w/ 5.7 does that have the 12psi FPR I need?

I crossed referenced some part numbers and it seems the parts all the same. So I'm guessing its the springs that are different.

Re: Stock TBI FPR diferrences
Yup just the spring ... U can also modify the stock regulator to be adjustable by drilling out the spot weld

Well i ended up getting the injector pod from the 94 454 suburban. But i got the top/fpr from a 95 g20 350 van. The fpr already has a screw underneath for adjustment.

Its a stock L98 long block with a performer intake. Headers, 3" exhaust, no cat,, flow master. I have a world class t5 behind it. Like I mentioned earlier my throttle body is off a 454 and my injectors are the 65# ones. I'm in the process of ordering all the things I need to burn proms. Its a big project, but I think I can handle it.

Have u looked into EBL ? It's alot better than burning proms man .. I wouldn't waste my time with the old chip burning method .. EBL flash is about 400$
