How hard is to put headers on a 92 camaro rs 305?
I'm looking to buy shorty hooker headers form my 92 camaro rs with the 305 but want to know how difficult and how long it will or should take?

How difficult and how long is completely dependent upon your skill and experience, tool selection, work area, and vehicle condition.

With hand tools in my parents garage all on my own with a floor jack and jack stands, took me two days to do the whole system, headers to tips. Would've taken a day but I had to go buy a ratchet wrench to remove one or two bolts. Very simple, fun project. Remove the steering shaft to install the driver's side header.

Expect to spend a full day. Make sure your spark plug wires all have angled boots. Also, if you plan on replacing your spark plugs in the near future go ahead and do it now. headers make that job a bit of a pain in the a**. Another good idea might be replacing your header bolts with allen heads.

also if one of the exhaust bolts break your screwed.you will have to live with an exhaust leak or remove the head and have it fixed.
