1982 crossfire iac

1982 crossfire iac

does anyone have a source for the iac. I found some from standard #ac2 for 74$. I also found standard#ac1 for 20$. whats the diff? I dont really want to spend close to 200$ on these my car idles rough shakes the car like I have a big cam. Ive got all the vaccum leaks sorted and new gasket through out. I dont want to swap to a carb so save it.

Do you know the problem is defective IAC(s)?

No I dont know if they are defective. I do know they are 30+ year old electronics.

Try cleaning your IAC's first. Also, clean the port they are installed in. Carbon build up can cause idle issues.

And you can buy those IACs anywhere. Ebay, Rock Auto, etc.
