I got oil building up in my valve cover

I got oil building up in my valve cover

I went to replace gaskets in valve covers n oil pored out valve cover it's like it's not draining back into motor any ideas on how to fix this

Clean out the drainback holes, and then assure that you don't have excess oil coming up the pushrods due to faulty lifters.

Keep in mind that all the crap plugging the drainback holes is a symptom of lack of oil changes. You can bet the whole engine is contaminated.

Find the drainback holes, dig out the crap plugging them. Try not to lose any chunks down the hole.
