91 camaro passenger injector dont work
I have to prime the car for it to start. Once started it will stay running. While running passenger side injector don't work. I ohme tested tbi injectors at 1.5 each. Did battery test and injectors clicked. I tried a noid and no power to injector. When I start the car some times won't turn over. When I turn the wheel or just turn ignition back and fourth for it to finally turn over. Any solutions?

Check injector fuses first. Sounds like one may be toast. Try swapping harness from good injector to the other, see if it comes on.

Re: 91 camaro passenger injector dont work
Both injectors use a common fuse for +12Volt. Instead, check the negative side of the circuit that connect injectors to the ECM. Injector circuit uses larger diameter wire (smaller AWG) - check harness for a broken wire or a loose connection at ECM plug. Check ECM plug Pin D14 and D16 - these pins may have an intermittent connection to a harness.
If you are unlucky your ECM may have suffered internal failure in the injector circuit. It is rare, but it does happen.
