Finally need tuning help, car actually runs at this point...
Hey all I finally got the car running to where it is drive-able.
With the ESC bypass disconnected it is drive-able. It sucks down gas like no tomorrow and all power seems to fall off over 2500rpms, but its drive-able. Now when I connect the the ESC is where all hell breaks loose. It's popping like a mad man. but in between the pop's I can actually feel the power. Any advice will be appreciated. The base timing is set to 10* and I just put in a set of 61# injectors running at 38psi to match the fuel needed.
VE learns are not seeming to help with the ESC connected. And my WB controller is dead, needing to be replaced. Which will happen shortly.

Need to fix the mechanical issues first. The MAP sensor is reporting a steady 99 KPa, so there is an issue with it. If the engine has been apart there could be issues with the rocker arm adjustment.
As for the changes between having the EST/BYPASS open and closed, check that the SA is actually advancing once the EST/BYPASS is closed. That is the timing mark on the damper should move toward the passenger side of the car.
RBob.

OK well, someone missed the MAP line to the back of the TBI. I have some slight valve tick on the driver side so I'm going to redo that this wekend, post more as soon as I can. Thanks RBob.

Ok, MAP connected, NO ESC yet at this point. I put a set of 61# injectors in as they are least a known value. I have them running at 42psi. The utility gives me 109.6#, so I threw that into DGD - Flow scalar. I advanced the base (and Initial SA) to 14*(that might move back down to 13*). Ordering a new WBO2 as this one wont give me anything other than 14:1 regardless.
Can't tell if I'm just being impatient or if I suck at this.

Looks OK, don't believe that I saw closed loop though.

That is for the digital dash cars. The WUD uses this one:
INJ - MPG Injector Flow Constant
The ECM fueling uses the BPC vs VAC table for the injector flow rate.
