Will this transistor work with Winaldl?

Went to my local radio shack and picked up a few things. 2N4401 Transistor (NPN silicon). I'm pretty sure it will work just fine. 10K ohm resistors, a 9-position female connector (solder-type) and the metalized hood. I didn't get the wire yet, lol. Does anyone know where I can order the aldl connector? Thanks.

I think that transistor will work. Not sure, try it out. If not, look in the telephone book for a local electronics shop and then get a transistor that has been verified to work.
The aldl connector can be had from Summit Racing. Just ask the sales guy to look up the Autoxray GM cable. You can tap into the wires that you need by using a simple continuity test (every multimeter has the feature) on the pins and wires. Very easy.

<strike>Those guys couldn't find their head from a hole in the wall.</strike> I asked them for just that a few months ago and just got a bunch of stuttering and confused replies.

If that one doesn't work, Radio Shack does have two of them (which they carry in the store) that will work. MPS2222A or the 2N3904. Jonus stated in an earlier post those would work.

Yes, I added them to the scematics. I also added the A - B resistor to change the ECM mode.

Actually, I didn't see those transistors at my local radio shack cause I brought a list, lol. But I'll go and check again, just to make sure. Also, any recommendation for wiring? Does it need to be a certain gauge? Thanks.
