Coolant bypass valve

Hi all, thank you to everyone who has helped me the last few weeks. I read a thread a week or so ago about removing the heater bypass valve. I am fairly sure it was on the TBI forum but not 100% sure. I recently installed my headman headers and found I have no room for the metal coolant pipe that runs along the passenger side engine bay. I figured I will just bypass all of that and run from the pump to heater core and heater core to intake. I wanted to be 100% sure what hose will go where before I decide to move forward. I am aware that coolant will flow through heatercore at all times. Thanks for the help.

Re: Coolant bypass valve

I am having a hard time understanding why you have no room for the coolant pipes.

Re: Coolant bypass valve

Just the hard pipe on the frame, I could be mounting it completely wrong for all I know.
