Hello, there is a line running out of the Vacuum Reservoir, it is not connected to anything, any ideas? It is a 92 Camaro RS TBI 305.

 

It should come up to the top of the battery tray, where it'll meet a Tee. One side of the Tee should go to the cruise control servo, the other should go back to the firewall and over to where it eventually connects to the intake. Somewhere in the middle along the firewall you'll have a vacuum check valve.
