Yes I got a question I got a 86 or an 88 350 4 bolt main TBI I'm trying to figure out
I got a 350 4 bolt main come out of a 86 or an 88 is it the l05 or is it the l98 I'm trying to figure out I can't read all the VIN numbers the numbers on the back of the block bellhousing 14088548

L98 was TPI, not TBI. So it would be an L05. Being a 4 bolt it was most probably originally from a 3/4 ton or larger truck or chassis. Most L98's were 2 bolt with the possible exception of the Vette L98 which had TPI and aluminium heads so it's not one of those.

I'm getting ready to buy a cam and I need to know exactly what it is i can I get numbers off the crank or the cam or is there any numbers underneath a timing chain cover it says CFM 548 on the side of the block. 207, 201 and a. G35 UNDER TIMING CHAIN COVER

You're going to have to look in the lifter valley and see if it has provisions for the roller cam spider. 86-88 can go either way.
