TBI Injector Connector Housing and Terminals/seals
Looking to find the Packard/Delphi/Aptiv part numbers for the TBI Injector Connector housing, terminals and seals for the connector pictured below. I am building a new harness and do not want to splice on the pigtail style. If worse comes to worse, I guess I need just terminals, if I bought the repair pigtails, but I would *really* prefer to get the parts individually.
See pic below. Any leads would be appreciated. (Note, I do not need the pre-made pigtail part numbers; those are easy to find on RockAuto.)
Maybe shoot this guy an email. He sells a lot of the Delphi connectors on Ebay, maybe he has a guy....lol.
Worse comes to worse grab a harness out of the junkyard and just strip those 4 wires out of it.

Thanks!
The issue with making your own is also getting the special wire. Would likely need to strip it from an existing harness. To hold up to the gasoline the insulation is PTFE based and the wire itself is nickel based. Can see how shiny (and slick) the insulation is in the picture you posted.
In some harnesses GM ran this wire all of the way to the ECM connector. In other cases it was crimped to regular wire about a foot from the TBI unit. Note crimped as it is difficult to solder.
Re: TBI Injector Connector Housing and Terminals/seals
I have bought those in the past for a number of CFI cars including my own. Here is the company that carry's them. I have a catalog and the part number is 17463. It also comes with the short wire harness and it's in stock. GL... CFI Injector Connector

Re: TBI Injector Connector Housing and Terminals/seals
Does anyone know how to remove intact terminals, from intact connector shells? I too, prefer parts over pigtails. I have some of the terminal tools, if needed. I have yanked slightly, after opening the retainer door. I did not want to yank harder than I have, on a running vehicle.
thanks.
