Going back to TBI, help me pick the best engine

Hi all, I just joined the forum and it looks like a great place to get good information, anyway I need a new engine, I just blew up my 350, it had a 750 Holley double pumper on it and a big nasty cam and I'm looking to put back the TBI system I took off the stock 305 because it had such good driveability. I know I will need a bigger throttle body and a custom chip. I just wanted help picking the best engine for it, I was looking at Scoggin_Dickey and was trying to pick between these two engines
Fast burn 385 horse, 385 torque 350 engine http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...id=120&pid=464
or they have a new Vortec HT 383 truck engine 325 horse,415 torque,http://www.sdpc2000.com/cart.asp?act...id=120&pid=465
they are almost the same price so I was wondering which one would work better with TBI, I'm leaning towards the 383, let me know what you think, Thanks

That looks like a killer 383, that's what I'd go for. I've been thinking about doing the same thing, building a stump pulling stroker when my 305 finally gives up on me.
