Ecm Prom 350 V/s 305

DOES ANYONE KNOWS IF THE ECM FROM A 1988 305, WILL WORK ON A 350 FROM THE SAME YEAR? DO I NEED TO CHANGE THE PROM? BOTH TRUCKS HAVE 700R4

Axle/Gears: 2.73

ANY PROM FROM AN 8063 ECU WILL WORK IN ANY OTHER 8063 ECU (Enough with the Caps Lock). It may or may-not (probably the later) meter the correct amounts of fuel. Your better off getting the chip from GM that is for an '88 350, or burn your own. Which you can do now that TunerCat supports the 8063.
