TBI spacer?

does anyone a TBI spacer on their car?and if so does it work?cause i seen it in a catalog and i was wondering if it helped out any.-thanx-

i have a 3/8" spacer and when i put it an and an open element air cleaner it shaved about .15 sec of my quarter times
