Need idle help fast!!!

I had to put a new o ring in my distributer and forgot to mark the rotor and now my car idles at 2500 rpm. I was wondering what I can do without a timing light to get the idle down so I can at least drive it to my buddies shop where there is a timing light.

Please reaspond quick because I need to take it in tomorrow!

Thanks a million in advance Mike!

Disconnect the EST bypass and retard the timing about 25°. That should get you there if you take it easy.
