I've got an irratic idle that hovers around the 850-1200 mark when the car warms up it usually dips into the 700 mark. There is hesitation when im at WOT. If i did a tune-up would this most likely get rid of my problem?

As long as your "tune-up" includes a throttle body and IAC cleaning, and fuel and air filter replacements and fuel pressure test, I'm guessing that could solve the issues.
