What Number Am I looking for on my Heads!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do I tell if the heads on my engine are stock 305 heads. Is there something signifying that they are GM heads????

I want to make sure that I dont put stock heads on there. I was told to find the number on it and I would be able to tell but I saw three different possible codes.

The casting numbers are ussually cast into the head, under the valve comer, with the valvetrain.
