My friend has a new motor on a stand and he was trying to prime the pump and he said that he was there for a long *** time and not a drop came out the rocker tips. This is normal right? Its a replacement 92 Camaro 350. stock from Autozone.

 

good chance it is if whatever he was using to prime it didn't seal the lifter galleys, this allows oil to by pass the lifter.

 

oh ok he said it was coming out the hole where the oil sending unit goes. I will tell him that he is a moron and ftry again. thanks for the help
