Will a MSD box work fine with a LG4?

I ask because the distributor is hooked to the ECM. I'm wanting to install a MSD 6AL box into the car though and wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have any problems.

Thanks,
Matt

Yes it will work fine.

No it will not produce any detectable benefits whatsoever, unless your stock ignition module is defective.

I'd say spend the money to get the 6AL so you at least get a rev-limiter out of the deal, but you already have one--the LG4.

Yeah, it'll work fine. Don't know why you'd bother though. Weak spark is not a problem with the LG4, and it has plenty of others that the $150 could go towards fixing.
