Do this:
Check the fan relay. It's on the driver's side firewall by the brake booster. It's the one with these wires: BROWN, THICK ORANGE, GREEN with WHITE STRIPE, BLACK with RED STRIPE. Disconnect the connector and stick a grounded test light into pin E (with the thick orange wire). If it lights, then power is making it to the relay. Then stick the test light into pin D (with the brown wire). If it lights then the relay itself is powered. Move the test light probe to pin F, and clip the ground wire from the test light onto a bare part of the green/white wire. Then go turn the key to ON and slide the AC control to MAX and see if the light lights. If it does then the relay is okay.
Stick a thick piece of scrap wire into the connector. One end into pin E (orange) and the other into pin A (black/red). It'll spark, but the fan should turn on. If it does, the fan motor is okay. If not, replace the fan motor. If you're at this point that rules out the relay, and the fan motor. All that's left is the temp switch, and the wiring itself.

Ok, I would seriously NOT recommend the following, as someone did it to my car and it caused me a few problems,
but as an emergency solution you can do the following:
Cut the primary + wire (black with red stripe), thick, probably 12 ga that runs from the cooling fan itself. Connect that wire to an alligator clip (like $0.99 max at autoparts store), connect that to the positive on your battery, as long as the fan is grounded, it will kick on.
If you do this, be aware it'll be a pain to go back to stock configuration to have your relay operating properly again. Also, you have to clip on and clip off the aligator clip everytime you start/shut down your vehicle, and I wouldn't recommend having your fan running when you try to start.. too much load on the alternator.
