when the car is cold it almost dies and if you give it gas it like sputters once its warmed up its fine its a 95 trans am with lt1

Make sure the intake tract is sealed so that the MAF senses all incoming air. Check the 'O' ring seal under the MAP sensor (mounted to the top of the plenum on the right side). Clean the throttle body and IAC air passages. Check the temperature sensor resistance reading at a known temperature.
