What is the easiest way to change this bulb, do you have to take the light assembaly off??

I'm pretty sure you can reach up from underneath. I can't remember though, and mine is an 84, which I can't remember if it is the same as the newer stuff or not!

Just go to the store and get some blinker fluid.

Don't forget a new muffler bearing while you're at it!

I can't get it from under the car without taking off the assembaly

You should be able to reach up from underneath (back a little) and twist the bulb socket out of the blinker housing.
