Would I see good results with....
a Nitrous fed 95+ Vortec 355, with an Edelbrock intake and built up Quadrajet? And compare it to a Nitrous fed LG4. Would I see a HUGE difference in power?

Yes. Better heads and bigger cubes. Definitely. You could see a difference of at least 1 second in the 1/4.
