Oil Cooler Bolt Torque

I can't seem to find this in the shop manual. For a 88 GTA with 5.7L engine that has a coolant to oil , oil cooler that fits between the block & oil filter, what is the torque for the hollow bolt that holds the cooler to the block? I'm chasing down an oil leak at the left rear of the engine & thought this bolt might be loose. It sure was, finger tight! Don't know if this could be the source of the leak, but we'll find out. Also, what type of o-ring or seal goes between the cooler & the block? Anyone have the GM p/n?
Thanks, FJK

I have the same problem on my 5.7 ,everytime I change the oil there is oil all over the filter and around it .The last time I changed it,about 2 weeks ago,I discovered how loose the oil cooler bolt was.So i tightened it up.After driving the car I checked the filter. And there was a small amount of oil on it,I wiped it off and tightened the filter a little more. It still leaks a liitle but nothing like it was.I called the dealer and he said it could be the gasket between the block and the cooler. I had the cooler off and saw the gasket,it's just like an oil filter gasket.Anyway I didnt write down the part # but he said he could order it for about $18.00.BTW I dont know if yours is the same as mine, but if you have the short rubber hoses at the end of the metal lines and you change that gasket that is the best time to change those hoses!

I would imagine the dealer might have the torque specs but I didnt think to ask him, since I still havent even ordered the gasket.
