My ignition switch is stuck in the forward position, so basically the key won't turn backwards to turn the engine off. I put a dead battery in my car to see if we could jump start it to give it power but that didn't work, and before i could turn the key back to the shut-off position the guy took the cables ( and the little bit of power i needed to get the key back) off of the battery...and now my car will turn on but it won't turn off...can anyone help me i'm stumped...?!?!? Please any hunches are welcome....thanks
