gauge is a-ok sender should be to, my brother was telling me that it should be the oil pump or mabye the screen is clouged up or something
Verify the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge before you get too excited about pulling the oil pan. If the oil pressure truly is "zero", you should be getting all kinds of lifter, rod, and main bearing noise.
I had the exact same problem when I installed the NEW motor, the first time I started it the oil pressure went up to 60 then in about 30 secs. it was at zero. I replaced the sender and all was fine.
