If you have an original spring for a TPI throttle body, the installation will require you to remove the TB from the engine, grind the stakes from the throttle belcrank plate/shaft, remove the belcrank and spring, then stake/spot weld the pieces back together.
An aftermarket return spring will be a totally custom installation. Sorry, not much help there.
