Stock Pistons in 89 IROC 350 tpi ?forged?

I've been told that the stock pistons in the L98 350 5.7 tpi are forged. Is this true?

They arn't bad pistons at all though. They are hypereutectic so they are fairly strong (Stronger than plain cast)

Not as good as an aftermarket t-6 18% silicon hyper though...

I think '90+ got hpyer pistons, '89 are cast Al., IIRC
