Plugs
wires
rotor
cap
02 sensor
tranny fluid
oil
oil filter
air filter
water bottle (like a windex bottle)

1. Pull the cat...
Your going to run open pipes for a few minutes...

While running...
squirt water into throttle body, not so much that it dies
but you will get some ugly clouds out of the y pipe

2. put the cat back on or replace
add 1/2 to 1 quart of tranny fluid to oil.
Run for a few minutes
stop drain oil, replace filter, replace oil

3. replace plugs, wires, cap, rotor

3. replace 02 sensor

4. replace air filter

5. examine vacuum lines replace as necessary

6. check timing

Evaluate troubleshoot as necessary

... and:

Fuel filter;

Belts;

Hoses;

Cooling system service;

Rear axle service;

Suspension/steering lube;

Body bushing/seal/weatherstrip/hing/latch lube;

And probably other things you discover as you do this.
