Need Help.....Injector Problem

Well first off I have been going through hell with this car ........but I still love it., but anyways my problem now is the car starts and dies within 2-3 seconds. A fuel injector pulse test was run and the light stays on. Now here is where it gets tricky atleast for me anyways wiring from the fuel injectors were checked and some various others.....Fuel pressure is fine right at 40psi.......
but i am guessing the fuel injectors are stuck open because the oil smell a little like gas. Also the ecm and chip are new (oem one), IAC, TPI, MAP, Oxygen, Coolant temp sensors are also new to. The wires and all parts on the distributer are new to plus the coil. The Car is a 91 Z-28 w/5.0 manual.

Any Help would be great .....thanks

By the way the injectors were replaced before i got the car and i think they are some cheap ones Uremco I think.....................but he did an resistance test on them and one was way off ...........but still doesnt think that this would cause the pulse test to stay on all injectors..................if this helps any the car did this all of a sudden no hints of it coming driving one day a just died
