Rough idle when coming to a stop...

Hi. My 86 2.8sfi is experiencing a rough idle condition when I put the clutch in to come to a stop. Other than misfiring or a plugged fuel filter, does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!!

On the chair? Yes. On the car? No. It started doing this last year, before the cat came off.

bad vacuum lines perhaps? or a dirty IAC? I had both those problems on my 2.8 and it idled like crap.

Oh, I should probably mention:

Custom 3.5" stainless steel intake w/ K&N. 3.5" cat-back exhaust & crossflow muffler, Hypertech thermo-master chip, brand new TPS and O2 sensor.

Just wondering why you have a 3.5" exhaust on a V6? Bit overkill isn't it?

I like the NoIsE...!

Actually, I was young an' stoopid when I put it on 7 years ago... I was always told: "bigger is better"...

Maybe someday I'll hook the exhaust up to a 393...

EDIT: Oops!!! I went outside an looked at the exhaust again. It's only 3", not 3.5". I think I got a little crazy with the .5's!
