Oil in distributor?

Found an oil leak around the distributor so I thought it might be the seal but the oil is inside the distributor leaking out. Any ideas what my problem might be? Junglecat

if its leaking where the dist meets up witht he intake, its the little seal there. Not too bad to replace. Mark off where the rotor is pointing and lable and disconnect all wires and pull it out. put a new seal on the part of the intake where the dist. rests, replace dist. and check timing.

There is also an O ring in the dist. shaft.... check that....why you have the distributor out.
