help with timing

Hey guys,

I am trying to set my timing, I have a light and I found the timing tab but I can't read it.

I will attempt to make a digram

drivers side: Passanger Side;

Can anyone tell me what each one of the marks indicates?

BTW- it is an 82 w/ a 305

Big notch near driver's side is 0; each small notch is 2 degrees; advance is toward pass side
