1. ESC
2. MAF relay... burnoff I do believe.
3. Fuel pump relay.

I *may* have 2+3 mixed up. One has a large tan colored wire, thats the fuel pump relay.

The other pic is a relay for the headlight motor.

Breathe,

As many times as you've been around the board, and you haven't seen this yet?

I have an 86 and an 89. I havent paid much attention to the 89, havent had it very long. There should be a headlight relay up there somewhere I would think unless they changed something and I missed it. Thats why I figured it was the headlight relay. I have to fix my secondary cooling fan too, so this info is good for me

doesn't the 86 have a slightly different head light set up, don't they use three wires while 87+ use only two..? maybe this could be the reason why? i'll try to locate my headlight motor relay tomorrow.

EDIT: madmax, i did some research, and it turns out that 82-86 cars used switches and relays, while 87+ used a modual of some sort.. i guess that explains it

1.ESC
2. Fuel Pump
3. MAF
4. MAF burn off

yes it will run without these. it will run with the FP disconnected because the oil pressure sensor acts as a secondary backup in this regard.

The MAF is not needed to run. It will just run in "limp home" mode.

EDIT: the FP is normally the square one. Don't trust manuals. Trust your DVM!!!!
