My beater needs help!

Ok I know this isnīt exactly 3d gen related but my beater is dieing and that means I canīt baby my firebird!

The thing is, when I stop the car and leave the engine running for a few minutes and start to drive it again as soon as I give a little gas a big buff of blue smoak comes out. I know its oil and I can confirm it also with the dip-stik, but whats broaken? It doesnt let out any blue smoak in the morning when I first start the car, no blue smoak when Im driveing, just after it has been sitting and working for a few minutes.

I really dont want to torcher my Firebird with everyday driveing!

Im greatful for any help!

Oh my beater is a 1987 Opel Omega 1.8 fuel injected.(I know-I know but the gas mileage kicks ***!!!)

Jrrx,

A compression or cylinder leakage test would be very helpful in revelaing the problem.
