blue smoke on start up?

hey guys
when i start up my car (and the temp is under 100) sometimes i see blue smoke coming out the back...any idea on what this could mean?

usually a sign of bad valve stem seals

possibly guides also.
If you drive around at real light throttle for a day or so (hah) and then gass it does it smoke also?

if yes, valve job time.
