its the thing with the red box around it. i am in the process of switchin to carb and i am rippin out my comp but i still wunt my guages,lights,heat,a/c and all that good stuff. so do i need it or no? thanks guys

 

That's really a terrible picture, but from my best guess that is your ignition coil, not a relay. Sorry if I'm completely wrong, but that's the only thing I can think of being bolted there.

 

Okay sorry to say this but you're both wrong. DUUUH! lol


That's a M A P sensor! Mmmmkkkaaay ? Hehehe

 

Oh and one more thing... if you want your guages and everything else to work... KEEP the computer.

um well its gone cause every wire on it went to the comp. oh and u say keep the comp if i wunt guages to work? well the comp doesn;t control any guages so i don;t think i need to worry about that, i know wut every damn wire does now after today. i just went nuts and got all my wireing done and threw the damn computer. well actually i placed it nicely on the bench lol

 

Well I dont know about your Formula but my ECM controls my speedo. I wanna keep my electronic speedo so my ECM stays.

 

i hate to disagree but i don't think that is your coil, b/c the coil sits a little closer to the cap. i think it might be to you a/c but i could be wrong b/c it might be the coil but the picture is hard to make out
