A.I.R. Pump Replacement...

Yes, that's "replacement" and not "removal"; the rebuild part that I got @ AutoZone has slanted pulley mount, causing the pump pulley to rock all over the place as it's turning...

Anyway, I took off the obvious bolts: the two holding on the black pipe to the A.I.R. redistribution valve, and then the two large Torx bolts holding the pump. The problem is, I still can't get the pump out. It moves a tiny bit, but it won't come out. Am I forgetting a bolt or something? Or is there some sort of special twisting motion that I need to try?

Thanks.

I had the same problem. Mine would only pivot from
the bottom mounting hole. I pried it out with a large screwdriver. Over time the aluminum mounting
bracket had pressed into the pump mounting hole.
It went back in alot easier.
