'89 2.8 V6

Not sure I'm in the right place to ask this question. I'm installing a '89 2.8 V6 into my sandrail. I will be using a aftermarket high pressure in-line fuel pump for the injectors. My question is, Will in need an in-line fuel regualtor or does the engine have a built in regulator?

Any help is appreciated.

The engine should include what it needs; that is, the regulator is nomrally mounted on, and controlled by, the engine. As long as your pump can supply about 45 psi to the engine you should be OK. You will need a return line from the engine (regulator) back to the tank in addition to the usual supply line.
