Fuel Pressure Regulator

I was curious guys, if I changed out my engine, from 305->350, I know I need to change the injectors, but does the fuel pressure regulator also need to be changed?
I'm having a rough time and I can't figure out why..
Thanks
-Justin

yeah.. I DID change the whole engine.
I had a 305
and now I have a 350
that's a whole new engine.. Ontop of the TBI is the Fuel pressure regulator.. Which I asked if it needed to be replaced. The answer is no, because the 350 and the 305 use the same one.
