need new engine not much money, ne ideas?

i need a new engine but i dont have much money to spend on it. I know where i can get a 305 engine and installed for 500bucks. but i kinda want a 350 if possible! should i just get the 305 or what?

Bust a move and do the junkyard 350 search. You should be able to find one for $500.

i was in the same boat as you, but after thinking it over I figured my best bet was teh 330 hp gm crate motor, about 2,000, its brand new, and has a warranty
