got a 87 t/a with 160,000 miles, gonna save up for a rebuild. the engine now has no leaks and does shake while driven, im gonna get a tune-up and always keep it full of fluids, will this engine break down on me if taken care of well even with these kind of mile on it???

 

ive seen people with 240,000 miles on their fbody and it still ran strong. its all in how you maintain and manage your engine...regular tune ups, fluid flushes/changes, etc...
