Ash and burnt plugs = ??

All but two of my plugs were coated in white ash. Doesnt that mean im running lean? the electrode was pretty burned up to. I may be lean because I have all mods in sig but havent even adjusted my fuel pressure yet. The other two #8 and #5 were coated in oil. well dried oil. My valve seals are toast so maybe those were the worst two?!? Anyways im in the process of fixing the valve seals now then Ill be installing my new accel plugs.

White ash usually indicates hot/lean operation. A light tan ash with heavier deposits can indicate fuel additive deeposits. Heavy gray/white used to occur with tetraethyl lead fouling, but I doubt that's your problem any more.
